Benyamin's Blog
For those of you who have been holding your breath, waiting anxiously to find out when I’ll be promoting the book on NPR (I know there’s, like, at least two of you) ... well, your wait is now officially over. I’ll be on NPR’s ‘Talk of the Nation’ this Monday afternoon at 3 PM EST. You can listen live online or on your radio. The interview is going to be for about 40 minutes so bring a cup of joe, sit back, relax ... and pray to God I don’t screw up. Did I mention it’s live?
And, if for some crazy reason you don’t like the peaceful zen vibe of NPR, I’ll be on some other radio shows next week as well. And one more too: Georgia Public Broadcasting’s nightly news show on either Monday or Tuesday.
And, as if that wasn’t enough, I just found out that the Mobile Press-Register will be writing about ‘My Jesus Year’ in their paper tomorrow. Gotta love my Bible Belt brethren.

Way to go Benyamin!
I heard the interview today on NPR. I was fascinated by the story. I grew up in and out of the Baptist Church, and found my true faith this year. One of the callers, a converted Jew, stated that we should embrace people of all religions, the we should respect all people, and I couldn’t agree more. I have been trying to share this sentiment with my fellow Christians, at my church. I now plan to purchase your book to share with my church. I hope that it will open our hearts that we may have a closer relationship with God, and Jesus.
