I’m on the Steve Brown Show this weekend. It’s a popular Christian radio show. I was on for about 45 minutes and you can hear the interview in its entirety by clicking on the “play” button below. Enjoy.

Benyamin,
Thanks for coming on Steve Brown, ETC. It is a fun show in general and I appreciated this one in particular.
I attend Perimeter Church in Duluth -- where Steve sometimes preaches. We’d love to have you join us some time -- maybe the next time Steve is in town?

I sent you this email, but had server problems, so I’m posting this.
mazel tov for a great book. I just posted my review on Amazon. I am an evangelical Christian. My best friend is a reform Jew, and he gave me this book for Christmas. We’ve had very many frank and open discussions about our faith. I was honored to stand on the Bima and hold the Torah for his daughter’s Bat Mitzvah this year. (something I know wouldn’t be permitted in and Orthodox service).
As I said in the review, I didn’t really relate personally to many of the Christians you encountered, but I realize that it’s a maddening task to investigate all of the parts of this subculture. II’ll add that I find it as amusing and on occasion as off putting as you did. I appreciate the respect you showed people that you must have found pretty ridiculous. My own Christianity is more akin to authors like Phillip Yancey, Os Guiness, and others, with a more intellectual approach to faith. I also have a very deep affection for the Tanach. I find myself reading it more often than the New Testament. I envy your knowledge of Hebrew.
I was particularly interested in you coming to terms with your relationship with your father. This is a very interesting phenomenon. I hope and litteraly pray that my own sons, who seem pretty distant from my faith at this point in their young lives, would take a journey like yours and discover a relationship with G-d as close as the one I enjoy and that you enjoy now.
I really enjoyed the book. Your dad must be proud.
In any event, blessings and Peace,
thank you for sharing your journey.
